Applicant Policy

Applicants and all adults who will be living in the premises must provide a copy of the front and back of a valid driver's license.
Applicants must have a monthly income of at least three (3) times the rent. Food stamps, welfare, other government assistance, and housing vouchers will count toward this requirement. Check stubs and/or copies of vouchers must be provided.
Applicants must have at least a one (1) year history in their current job or of receiving public assistance.
Applicants must be prepared to pay, in advance, the security deposit and the last month's rent.

We will NOT accept applicants who:

have had an eviction in the past 5 years
have had their utilities shut off within the past year
have had a felony in the past 5 years
