Applicant Policy

  • Applicants and all adults who will be living in the premises must provide a copy of the front and back of a valid driver's license.
  • Applicants must have a monthly income of at least three (3) times the rent. Food stamps, welfare, other government assistance, and housing vouchers will count toward this requirement. Check stubs and/or copies of vouchers must be provided.
  • Applicants must have at least a one (1) year history in their current job or of receiving public assistance.
  • Applicants must be prepared to pay, in advance, the security deposit and the last month's rent.

We will NOT accept applicants who:

  • have had an eviction in the past 5 years
  • have had their utilities shut off within the past year
  • have had a felony in the past 5 years
  • have had more than 2 misdemeanors in the past 5 years
  • have any record of drug activity in the past 5 years
